First Level
Apnea Academy Courses
Apnea Academy first level is the first approach to free-diving with a complete basic equipment. The goal of the course is to perform controlled free-diving using relaxation and breathing techniques in order to reach following performances: One minute fifteen seconds static apnea, tewenty-five meters in dynamic and eight meters in depth.
Second Level
Apnea Academy Courses
The Apnea Academy second level will help you to improve the relaxation and breathing techniques. By taking advantage of the experience acquired in the first level in order to reach following performances: Two minutes and thirty seconds in static, fifty meters dynamic and fifteen meters depth.
Third Level
Apnea Academy Courses
Apnea Academy third level is the highest award for a freediver. By a improvement of its ability to operate in the water, mental and technical training, the free diver will be able to reach three minutes static, seventy meters dynamic and twenty-five meters depth.
